MyVibe Terms of Use

1. Scope of application

These Terms apply when you access or use the MyVibe website, MyVibe ID accounts, personal identity pages, interface templates, email services, domain services, payment services and other supporting tools operated by MyVibe.

By registering an account, purchasing a service plan, creating a website or continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with these Terms of Use together with the related policies published on MyVibe.

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and have full civil capacity to enter into contracts under Vietnamese law.

2. Accounts and registration information

You are responsible for the accuracy of your full name, email, phone number, payment information, domain information and any data provided while using the services.

You must protect your password, verification codes, email access and the devices used to log in. All activity arising from your account is deemed to be performed by you, unless there is clear evidence of a security fault in the MyVibe system.

• Do not use fake information, another person's information or information likely to cause confusion.
• Notify MyVibe immediately upon detecting unauthorized access to your account.
• Do not transfer, lease or resell your account without prior written consent from MyVibe.

3. Service usage rules

You may use MyVibe to build your personal brand, present your capabilities, manage contacts, operate an identity website, use email and the utilities included in your registered service plan.

You must not use the platform to distribute malware, spam, scams, impersonation, privacy violations, intellectual property infringement, unlawful content, or anything that affects the stability of the system.

• Do not interfere with, scan, exploit vulnerabilities or attempt to bypass security mechanisms.
• Do not send unsolicited bulk email or content showing signs of fraud.
• Do not post content inciting hatred, violence, pornography, illegal gambling or harmful misinformation.
• Do not use resources beyond your plan limits in a way that causes congestion or affects other customers.

4. User-submitted content

You retain ownership of the content, images, documents, branding, contact data and information you upload to the system. By uploading content, you grant MyVibe the technical rights needed to store, back up, transmit, display and process that content in order to provide the services.

You warrant that you hold sufficient rights to the content you post and are solely responsible if that content violates third-party rights or legal regulations.

5. Service plans, fees and payment

Information about service plans, usage terms, benefits, fees and promotional programs is published at the time of purchase. MyVibe may adjust pricing or plan structures, but such changes will not reduce benefits already paid for during the remaining validity period, unless required by law or otherwise agreed by both parties.

Some services such as custom domains, email, technical configuration, renewals or bespoke design work may incur additional costs. You must pay in full before MyVibe activates or continues to maintain those services.

6. Suspension, termination and restoration of services

MyVibe may suspend or restrict access upon detecting signs of Terms violations, security risks, overdue payments, requests from competent authorities or behavior affecting the system.

Within a reasonable scope, MyVibe will notify you so you can remedy the issue. For serious violations such as fraud, scams, malware distribution or system intrusion, MyVibe may suspend services immediately to protect users and the platform.

7. Intellectual property

The MyVibe name, platform interface, source code, operating processes, documentation, design templates, identity system and components developed by MyVibe are the property of MyVibe or its lawfully licensed partners.

You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, commercially exploit or create derivative works from MyVibe assets without permission. Using interface templates within your service plan does not constitute a transfer of intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of liability

MyVibe strives to keep the services stable, secure and continuous. However, services may be interrupted due to maintenance, infrastructure incidents, third-party provider failures, cyberattacks, natural disasters, legal changes or events beyond reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, MyVibe is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue or data loss arising from user errors, misconfiguration, terms violations or third-party service incidents.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms and any related transaction or dispute are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Vietnamese law.

When a dispute arises, the parties prioritize resolution through good-faith negotiation, mediation or arbitration. If no result is reached, the dispute will be brought to the competent courts in Vietnam. The receipt and handling of complaints follow MyVibe's Complaint and Dispute Resolution Policy.

10. Changes to the terms

MyVibe may update these Terms of Use to reflect changes in products, legal regulations, security standards or operating processes. The new version will be published on the website and takes effect on the date stated at the top of this document.

If you continue to use the services after the Terms are updated, you are deemed to have accepted the new version.
