Identity domain guide

1. What is an identity domain

An identity domain is the address people use to visit your personal page on MyVibe. You choose the domain when ordering, and the system checks availability in real time.

Depending on your plan, the domain may be an identity path or a dedicated subdomain, with different features.

2. Format by plan

Each plan provides a different domain format and level of customization.

• Entry plans (Origin, Personal): use a lightweight identity path, suitable for personal needs.
• Pro: supports a subdomain along with the ability to run static HTML pages.
• Elite: unlocks the highest level of customization and features for your domain.

3. View and manage your domain

You track your domains in the customer dashboard.

• Open the Domains section to see the list, status (active, expired, locked) and expiry date.
• Click the link to view the page live on the domain.
• For an active, unlocked domain, you have a button to open the Page Builder.

4. Access the builder from your domain

From the domain list, you can open the builder directly to edit your page.

• The Page Builder button is only available when the domain is active and not locked.
• An expired or locked domain is temporarily inaccessible until it is resolved.

5. Renew your domain

Domains and plans have a validity period and must be renewed to avoid interruption.

• MyVibe may send renewal reminders before expiry.
• You pay for renewal at the fee announced at the time of renewal.
• If you do not renew, the domain may become expired and the page will temporarily stop showing.

6. Notes

Some domain settings such as plan assignment, lock/unlock and expiry date are managed by MyVibe to ensure stable operation.
